We are in the process of using. Pavement Tiles Previously, there was a considerable amount of basic information that needed to be understood, as the project involved numerous technical aspects. For instance, the variety, specifications, color, pattern, and grade of the paving bricks must meet the design requirements; the product quality should comply with the national standards for square bricks and come with a certificate of conformity. Additionally, bricks must be free from chipped edges, loose grains, cracks, or any other damage. It is strictly prohibited to store or handle these bricks in bulk or allow them to get damp on-site. Now, arrange the square bricks according to the designed dimensions, ensuring appropriate spacing—typically between 5 mm and 12 mm. If executed properly, pay close attention to laying the bricks only after the base layer has fully cured. During the laying process, gently press each brick by hand to ensure even contact between its base and the surface, facilitating the release of trapped air bubbles. Subsequently, lightly tap the brick surface with a wooden mallet to help the mortar fully penetrate beneath the brick, thereby preventing hollow spots. Once this step is complete, use the wooden mallet again to level the bricks precisely, and finally, verify their alignment using a spirit level to confirm that the paving bricks are laid uniformly and horizontally. Lastly, when unpacking the bricks, clearly label each box with details such as product specifications, dimensions, and color codes. Ensure that bricks of the same type are grouped together and avoid mixing different batches unless you intentionally aim for a specific decorative effect.

Pavement Tiles During construction, wood shavings should be evenly spread over the paving surface promptly. Use a broom to sweep them clean, and thoroughly wipe away any residual cement or other sticky residues from the brick surfaces to prevent long-term buildup that could become difficult to remove. After paving, allow 24 hours before walking on the bricks and proceed with gentle scrubbing. Clean the pavers using a mixture of water and detergent; once completed, you'll unveil bright, vibrant tiles ready for display. Construction must not take place during severe winter cold conditions. When temperatures drop below 5°C, antifreeze additives should be incorporated into the cement mortar to ensure proper setting. After installation, cover the brick surfaces with straw mats for insulation, which will aid in accelerating the cement hardening process. One crucial point to note is that during the laying, grouting, or application of colored pigments as needed, attention must be paid to the appropriate gap width and depth. Typically, the joint width ranges from 5 to 12 mm, with a depth of about 2 mm. A solid foundation combined with thorough grouting will significantly enhance the durability of the square tiles, preventing issues such as detachment or cracking during use. Pavement Tiles It is a wear-resistant brick characterized by its strong integrity, high compressive strength, excellent resistance to bending, superior durability, and the ability to maintain its original color without discoloration or powdering. Pavement Tiles Widely applicable to general sidewalks, public streets, building atriums, and open-air spaces.
